  • Orders mean your request to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

YOUR 30-DAY RISK-FREE CANCELLATION & RETURN GUARANTEE

You are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for any reason, no questions asked.

International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. We recommend inspecting your items promptly upon receipt.

How to Cancel/Initiate a Return

To exercise your right to cancel or return, you must inform us via a clear statement:

Reimbursement

We will process your refund no later than 14 business days from the day we receive and inspect the returned Goods.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with no additional fees charged to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and credit card statement. If still not received, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Fee Note

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, a flat shipping and handling fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover our original fulfillment and return processing costs.

International Shipping Delays

International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections, weather, pandemic restrictions, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events. These delays do not extend the 30-day return period, which is calculated from the date of shipment. We recommend ordering with sufficient time to account for potential delays.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
 
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Kris Nature has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a full refund.
 

After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day window has passed. This policy is firm and without exception.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, Goods must meet all of the following:

  1. Purchased and returned within 30 days of shipment
  2. Unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags and protective bags for Dzi beads/natural stones)
  3. Free of scratches, signs of wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized
  • Perishable goods with expired shelf life
  • Unsealed health and hygiene products
  • Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Opened/used candles, soaps, incense, and similar items
  • Free promotional items

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by law.

Price Eligibility

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable (unless prohibited by applicable law).

CERTIFICATE NOTE

  1. Most of our natural stone and Dzi bead products do NOT include a certificate by default.
  2. Certificates are available for select items only, and require an additional fee if you need one.
  3. If a certificate was included with your order, it must be returned intact and unused together with the Goods. A missing or damaged certificate may affect your refund eligibility.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NATURAL STONES & DZI BEADS

All Dzi beads and natural stone items feature unique natural textures, mineral spots, color variations, and subtle patterns. These are authentic, inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and do not qualify as defects or damage. Returns based on natural features will not be accepted as quality-related claims.

RETURNING GOODS

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and delivery risk.
  • To return, email [email protected] to obtain the official return address — do not send items to the address on the original shipping label.
  • We are not liable for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
  • No refund will be issued without physical receipt of the Goods or valid proof of delivery.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are genuinely defective or damaged (manufacturing defects only).

Damages from regular wear, improper care, or accidental damage do not qualify for replacement.

You must contact us for authorization before returning any item for exchange.

Once an exchange is completed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items purchased within 1 year with valid proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.

GIFTS

  • If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed after we receive the returned item.
  • If Goods were not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original gift giver.
