About Glint & Grain

Glint & Grain by Kris Nature is an independent designer jewelry brand from the Kris Nature studio. We bring together our own studio designs and carefully selected pieces from trusted makers — united by one standard: honest materials, clearly labeled. We make quiet, meaningful jewelry for daily wear, working with natural stone and traditional Himalayan-inspired craft.

Glint & Grain is the designer jewelry brand of the Kris Nature studio — studio designs and hand-selected pieces, one honest label for every material.

Our Name

Glint is the flash of light across a polished stone. Grain is the earth itself — the layered bands, veins, and textures formed inside the stone over geological time. Light on the surface, story from the earth: that is what we make, and it is what we are called.

Our mark says the same thing: a sphere inspired by banded agate, its silky layers drawn in warm earth tones, with a small star at the edge — the glint that brings the stone to life. No two stones ever share the same grain; that is why we chose it as our emblem.

What We Believe

The jewelry world is full of vague words. We work by the opposite principle: tell the truth about materials, and let the stones speak for themselves. Whether a piece is designed in our studio or hand-selected from the wider market, it carries the same honest label:

  • Silk Agate — Natural • Untreated. Naturally banded agate, untreated, selected for its silky internal layers and natural eye patterns. Certificates (NGTC/GIA) included where stated.
  • Mongolian Dzi — Natural Stone • Crafted Shape. Natural nine-eye shale polished into the Dzi form: a genuinely natural material, shaped by hand.
  • Tibetan Style — Traditional Craft. Natural agate bases with hand-drawn patterns and artisan-treated patina. Beautiful, skilled, and honestly described — never sold as natural or ancient stone.
  • Handmade Cord — Handcrafted. Cotton and silk cords hand-woven for everyday wear.
  • Aromatics — Pure Natural. Natural incense, agarwood, and sandalwood with documented historical context.

How We Work

Some of our pieces are designed in the Kris Nature studio; others are hand-selected by our team from trusted makers and suppliers for their material quality and character. Whatever its origin, every item is chosen against the same criteria and described with the same honesty.

We photograph our beads individually — where stated, the piece you receive is the exact one in the photographs. When a pattern carries cultural meaning, we describe it as symbolism and tradition, never as a guaranteed effect.

Our Promise

  • Every material is labeled for what it truly is — natural, crafted, or treated.
  • Every piece — studio design or selected find — is chosen and checked by our own team.
  • Symbolic meanings are shared as cultural heritage, never as promises.
  • One item, one photo, where stated — what you see is what arrives.
  • Questions about any stone, cord, or process are always answered honestly.

The meanings associated with our stones and patterns are symbolic and cultural. They are not medical claims or guaranteed effects. Instead, they offer a way to connect with natural material through intention, beauty, and personal reflection.

“Jewelry should remind us of our own strength—not just adorn us.”

About Kris Nature

lotus Kris Nature

Driven by a deep appreciation for a natural way of living, Kris Nature is dedicated to curating pieces that bring spiritual joy and tranquility to our customers. We strictly select authentic materials, transforming the raw beauty of Pearls , Silk Agate and Mongolian & Tibetan Dzi into meaningful necklaces and bracelets that weave ancient wisdom into modern wear. More than just jewelry, each hand-selected design is a powerful symbol of strength, courage, and luck—inviting you to embrace your inner power and pursue balance in everyday life.

Our Stones

Our stones come from specific places—Silk Agate from the arid lands north of the Great Wall, Mongolian Dzi from the open steppes, and Tibetan Dzi from the hands of master craftspeople we have built relationships with over the years. These materials have been treasured for millennia: Silk Agate for its natural eye formations, believed to watch over and protect; Dzi beads as symbols of resilience and quiet power. We do not claim magic. We offer a connection—to the earth’s patience, and to your own.

Our Mission

To bring beauty, life, and blessings to the world through timeless, handcrafted jewelry that connects us to nature’s wisdom and strength.

At Kris Nature, we harness the ancient power of stones from the lands north of the Wall—Silk Agate with its watchful eyes and Mongolian Dzi, shaped by the resilient earth. We believe that nature’s timeless wisdom reconnects us with our inner strength, while the stone’s gaze offers quiet protection to those who wear it, guiding them through life’s journey.

Our designs are more than just jewelry; they are symbols of strength, courage, and luck. Crafted to inspire wearers to tap into their inner power, face life’s challenges, and pursue balance and excellence in their daily lives.

let the inner light guide you

Let it remind you of what you already are.

Look closely at Silk Agate. You will find eyes—concentric circles formed by minerals over thousands of years.

In many traditions, the eye is protection. Not aggressive. Aware. It sees what approaches. It holds ground.

We do not claim magic. We observe: people who wear these stones report feeling more grounded. More certain of their own presence. Perhaps it is the weight of time in your hand. Perhaps it is the reminder that you, too, have survived.

The stone’s eye does not blink. It simply witnesses. And in that witnessing, some find strength.
