At Kris Nature, every piece is hand-selected and prepared by our artisans before it reaches you.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany,  France and Japan. More countries will be added soon. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the following restricted regions: [Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen].If your country is not on the list yet, please email us at [email protected] and we will notify you as soon as we launch in your region.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$89.99
  • Standard Shipping: US$8.00 (7–15 business days)
  • Express Shipping: From US$29.99 (6–8 business days via FedEx / DHL)

Free shipping for orders over US$89.99 applies to Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping fees are not covered by free shipping offers and will be charged at checkout regardless of order total.

Free shipping applies to regular-priced items only. Processing fees for promotional items will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Kris Nature has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect to another address once the parcel has been processed and shipped.
  • If you need to correct your address, contact us at [email protected] within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
  • Kris Nature is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Free Items & Gifts

  • Complimentary or free items included with your order may incur a separate processing and shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping thresholds (US$89.99) apply to the paid portion of your order only and do not cover separate handling fees for promotional gifts.

How to Track

Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

Because our pieces are meticulously handcrafted by artisans, it takes 3–5 days for the parcels to travel from our workshops to the international shipping hub. No tracking updates appear during this inland transit—this is normal. Your tracking will update once the package is scanned for international departure.

What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipping, contact us at [email protected]. We will reship your order or issue a full refund.

At Kris Nature, we stand behind every piece. You may cancel or return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.

Natural Stone & Dzi Bead Notice

All Dzi beads and natural stones feature unique textures, mineral spots, color variations, and subtle patterns formed by nature. These are authentic characteristics, not defects. Returns based on natural features are not accepted as quality claims.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags and protective bags).
  • Return window: 30 days from shipment date — not from delivery date.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, opened hygiene products, gift cards, used candles/incense, and free promotional items cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless prohibited by law.

Certificate Policy

Most items do not include a certificate by default. If a certificate was provided, it must be returned intact. Missing or damaged certificates may affect refund eligibility.

Exchanges & Defects
  • Exchanges are only offered for genuine manufacturing defects. Wear-related damage does not qualify.
  • Contact us for authorization before returning any item.
  • Once an exchange is completed, the item is no longer eligible for refund.
  • Defective items within 1 year may receive a 50% off promo code for the same item.
How to Return

Email us at [email protected] to request the official return address. Do not send items to the address on the original shipping label. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
