At Kris Nature, we stand behind every piece. You may cancel or return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.

Natural Stone & Dzi Bead Notice

All Dzi beads and natural stones feature unique textures, mineral spots, color variations, and subtle patterns formed by nature. These are authentic characteristics, not defects. Returns based on natural features are not accepted as quality claims.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags and protective bags).
  • Return window: 30 days from shipment date — not from delivery date.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, opened hygiene products, gift cards, used candles/incense, and free promotional items cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless prohibited by law.

Certificate Policy

Most items do not include a certificate by default. If a certificate was provided, it must be returned intact. Missing or damaged certificates may affect refund eligibility.

Exchanges & Defects
  • Exchanges are only offered for genuine manufacturing defects. Wear-related damage does not qualify.
  • Contact us for authorization before returning any item.
  • Once an exchange is completed, the item is no longer eligible for refund.
  • Defective items within 1 year may receive a 50% off promo code for the same item.
How to Return

Email us at [email protected] to request the official return address. Do not send items to the address on the original shipping label. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
